tan( Degree ÷ 2 ) × 1.5 × 25.4 = elbow center formula

82.8 ÷ 2 = 41.8

tan( 41.8 ) × 1.5 × 25.4 = 33.58 mm  82.8 degree elbow center formula

We have done this calculation taking 100mm running dimension

tan-1( 800 ÷ 100 = 82.8 Degree

Travel dimensions calculation

√( 800^2 + 100^2 = 806.2 mm travel length

82.8 ÷ 2 = 41.4 degree

tan( 41.4 ) × 1.5 × 25.4 = 33.5896

12 × 33.5896 = 403.1 mm  82.8 degree Elbow center

90° – 82.8° = 7.2°

Cos( 7.2° ) × 806.2 = 800 mm

elbow degree,   82.8 degree

इस तरह कैलकुलेशन करने के बाद हमें पता चला कि यहां पर 82.8 डिग्री का एल्बो लगेगा

और एक पाइप के सेंटर से दूसरे पाइप के सेंटर तक ऑफसेट डाइमेंशन 800 mm रहेगा

After doing this calculation, we found out that an elbow of 82.8 degrees will be needed here

And the offset dimension from the center of one pipe to the center of the other pipe will be 800 mm
