ड्राइंग के हिसाब से पाइप के ऊपर सेंटर लाइन मार्किंग करें

वेलडोलेट और स्कोलेट फिटिंग करने के लिये

Mark the center line on the pipe according to the drawing.

For fitting veldolet and scolet

 

 

 

 

 

 

यह फोटो में जो देख रहे है,  यह वेलडोलेट हैं

और यह जो फोटो में देख रहे है,  यह सॉकोलेट हैं 

And this one you see in the photo is a sockolet.

 

 

पाइप में होल बनाने के लिए गैस कटिंग या ड्रिल मशीन का यूज़ कर सकते है

You can use a gas cutting or drill machine to make holes in the pipe.

पाइप में होल करने से पहले पाइप का UT टेस्ट किया जाता हैं

UT test of the pipe is done before making holes in the pipe.

 

 

पाइप में होल करने के बाद PT टेस्ट किया जाता हैं

PT test is done after drilling a hole in the pipe

 

 

 

 

 

इस तरीका से पाइप में होल करने के बाद पाइप को लेवल करिये

और उसके बाद वेलडोलेट या सॉकोलेट फिटिंग करें

After drilling the pipe using this method, level the pipe

And then insert the Weldolet or Sockolet fitting

 

 

 

 

पाइप के साथ और भी कोई फिटिंग्स आ रहा है तो उसे बाद में फिटिंग करें

जैसे एल्बो फ्लैंज टी,  ये सब वेलडोलेट या सॉकोलेट फिटिंग के बाद फिटिंग करिये

If any other fittings come with the pipe, fit them afterward.

For example, elbows, flanges, tees, etc., fit these after the Weldolet or Soccolet fittings.

 

 

 

 

इस तरीका से 4 mm का गैप रॉड लगा कर फिटिंग करिये

In this way, do the fitting by placing a 4 mm gap rod.

 

 

 

 

 

यह जो फिटिंग कर के दिखया गया है,  यह सॉकोलेट है जो एक तसरफ़ बट वेल्डिंग और एक तरफ सॉकेट वेल्डिंग होता है

The fitting shown is a sockolet which is butt welded on one side and socket welded on the other.

 

 

 

 

इस तरह से वेलडोलेट या सॉकोलेट को बूलेट क्लीट लगा कर फिटिंग कर सकते हैं
