( जवाब ) तो आपके पासपोर्ट में जो भी डिटेल हो उसे याद रखना है और अपने पासपोर्ट में जो भी वीजा लगा हुआ है आप जिस कंट्री में काम किए हैं वह सब भी याद रखना है आपका पासपोर्ट में कौन से कौन से कंट्री का वीजा लगा हुआ है

How to do Pipe Fabrication in Workshop
( जवाब ) तो आपको देखना है कि आपको कौन से कौन से काम का पाइप फैब्रिकेशन वर्कशॉप एक्सपीरियंस है
तो क्लाइंट को आपको इस तरीके से बताना है
ड्राइंग के हिसाब से पाइप फैब्रिकेशन कराना
पाइप फेब्रिकेशन करने के लिए फैब्रिकेटर को जब हम ड्राइंग और फिटिंग्स देंगे तो वह सब मटेरियल को जांच कर लेना है
पाइप कौन से मेटल का है पाइप का शेड्यूल क्या है वह सब हम चेक करके फैब्रिकेटर को देंगे
पाइप फिटिंग्स का क्लास और शेड्यूल देख लेंगे कि वह सब ड्राइंग के हिसाब से मेच कर रहा है या नहीं
और फिटिंग करते समय और वेल्डिंग करते समय ध्यान रखना है की पाइप का वेल्डिंग जो है कितना पर्सेंट रेडियोग्राफी दिया गया है तो उसी के हिसाब से उतना क्वालिटी में फिटिंग और वेल्डिंग होना चाहिए
पाइप फैब्रिकेटर जब पाई फैब्रिकेशन करके देगा उसके बाद हम सही तरीका से ड्रॉइंग के हिसाब से चेक करेंगे पाइप सही तरीका से फिट हुआ है या नहीं
और उसके बाद क्वालिटी इंचार्ज से हम एक बार जांच करवा कर के उसे साइन ले लेंगे उसके बाद वेल्डिंग के लिए हम वेल्डिंग फोरमैन को हैंड ओवर कर देंगे
जब पाइप वेल्डिंग हो जाएगा तो उसके बाद पाइप को रेडियोग्राफी के लिए ड्राइंग में चेक करेंगे कि यह लाइन का रेडियोग्राफी दिया गया है या नहीं
अगर दिया गया है तो कितना पर्सेंट कराना है तो उसे हम रेडियोग्राफी के लिए भेज देंगे
पाइप रेडियोग्राफी होने के बाद पाइप का हाइड्रो टेस्ट कराने के लिए भेज देंगे
ड्राइंग में देखेंगे किस तरीका का हाइड्रोटेस्ट दिया गया है 2 तरीका का हाइड्रो टेस्ट होता है
एक होता है हाइड्रो टेस्टिंग जो पानी के द्वारा टेस्ट किया जाता है कंप्रेसर और हैडर लगाकर
दूसरा होता है न्यूमेटिक टेस्टिंग एयर टेस्टिंग होता है एयर कंप्रेसर के जरिए
हाइड्रो टेस्टिंग होने के बाद लाइन को पेंटिंग के लिए भेज देंगे
और जो जो प्रोसेस होता जाएगा क्वालिटी इन चार से सिग्नेचर ड्राइंग पर लेते जाना है
Pipe fabrication as per drawing
When we give the drawing and fittings to the fabricator to do the pipe fabrication, all that material has to be checked
What metal is the pipe, what is the schedule of the pipe, we will check all that and give it to the fabricator
Will see the class and schedule of pipe fittings whether they are matching according to the drawing or not
And while fitting and welding, keep in mind that what is the welding of the pipe, what percentage of radiography has been given, then accordingly the fitting and welding should be in the same quality.
When the pipe fabricator will do the pie fabrication, after that we will check according to the drawing in the right way whether the pipe is fitted properly or not.
And after that we will get the sign after getting it checked once by the quality in-charge, after that we will hand over the welding foreman for welding.
When the pipe welding is done, after that the pipe will be checked in the drawing for radiography whether it is given radiography of the line or not.
If given, then what percentage is to be done, then we will send it for radiography
After pipe radiography, the pipe will be sent for hydro test.
In the drawing, we will see which method of hydrotest is given. There is a hydro test of 2 methods.
One is hydro testing which is done by water testing by using compressor and header.
The second is pneumatic testing. Air testing is done through air compressor.
After hydro testing, the line will be sent for painting
And whatever process will happen, the quality is to be taken from these four to the signature drawing.

इस तरीका का 4 टीम रहेंगे और 4 टीम के साथ एक गैस कटर होना चाहिए

(Ans ) 1 fabricator 1 fitter who can operate a grinding machine 1 welder and 1 rigger
In this way there will be 4 teams and there should be one gas cutter with 4 team
( सवाल ) आप 1 दिन में 4 टीम के साथ कितना प्रोडक्शन दे सकते हैं
( जवाब ) 1 इंच से लेकर 10 इंच तक का लाइन है तो 1 दिन में 200 इंच से लेकर 800 इंच तक पाइप फिटिंग प्रोडक्शन निकल सकता है
अगर 10 इंच से लेकर के 50 इंच तक का लाइन है तो 1 दिन में 4 टीम 800 इंच से लेकर 1500 इंच तक फिटिंग प्रोडक्शन निकल सकता है
(Question) How much production can you give in 1 day with 4 team
(Answer) If there is a line from 1 inch to 10 inches, then pipe fitting production from 200 inches to 800 inches can come out in 1 day.
If there is a line from 10 inches to 50 inches, then in 1 day 4 teams can produce fittings from 800 inches to 1500 inches.
( सवाल ) प्लांट के अंदर काम किस तरीका से कराया जाता है और पाइप इरेक्शन कैसे होता है
( जवाब ) सबसे पहले हम वर्क परमिट बनाएंगे प्लांट में जिस एरिया में हमें काम करना है उस एरिया का
विदाउट परमिट का काम हो रहा है तब कोई बात नहीं है
उसके बाद हम ड्रॉइंग के हिसाब से जिस लाइन का हमें इरेक्शन करना है उसका स्पुल को इकट्ठा करेंगे और एक-एक करके इरेक्शन कराएंगे
पाइप रेैक में देखेंगे नथिंग इस्टींग एलिवेशन यह सब ड्राइंग में चेक करेंगे और पाइप इरेक्शन कराएंगे
और पाइप इरेक्शन करने से पहले देख लेंगे कि दो-तीन स्पुल को अगर एक साथ जोड़कर इरेक्शन करना पड़े तो नीचे ही हम एक साथ दो तीन स्पुल को जोड़ लेंगे उसके बाद इरेक्शन कराएंगे
पाइप इरेक्शन के काम में हमें सेफ्टी का पूरा ध्यान रखना होता है अगर ऊंचाई का काम करना हो तो सभी वर्कर के पास सेफ्टी बेल्ट और हेलमेट और सेफ्टी शू होना चाहिए
(Question) How is the work done inside the plant and how is the pipe erection
(Answer) First of all, we will make a work permit for the area in the plant in which we have to work.
It’s okay if the work is being done without permits.
After that, according to the drawing, we will collect the spool of the line we want to have an erection and get the erection one by one.
You will see nothing easting elevation in the pipe rake, check all this in the drawing and get the pipe erection done.
And before doing pipe erection, we will see that if two-three spools have to be combined together to make an erection, then below we will connect two or three spools together, after that we will get an erection.
In the work of pipe erection, we have to take full care of safety, if the work of height is to be done then all the workers should have safety belt and helmet and safety shoe

(Ans ) A team can do minimum 5 to 10 spool erection in 1 day and 4 team can do minimum 30 to 50 spool election
