Yes 4″ equal 101 mm. But 4″ pipe is 114.1 mm. Seems you are new in piping. Only pipe 14″ and larger shall be multiplied by 25.4 mm. Less than that size you have to see the pipe table. 1/2 inch is 21 mm, 3/4 inch is 26 mm and so on. Thanks

It seem you are new ini piping. Actual OD size of 4: pipe is 114 mm, 6″ is 165mm. Pipe size ini inch is the nominal size not the actual size up to 12″. For 14″ pipe and larger use 25.4 multiplier. Thanks
