Equal Pipe lateral branch formula | 60°, 45°, 30° 22.5°, 15.5°, 11.5°,
Regardless of how many inch equal lateral tea branches are to be created, OD × formula is to be used. The first formula is
L – for long cut
S – for Short cut
Pipe OD × 1.2071 = L cut marking
Pipe OD × 0.2071 = S cut marking
L कट यानी की लॉन्ग कट
S कट यानी की शॉर्ट कट
L cut means long cut
S cut means short cut
यह फार्मूला के जरिए हमें सिर्फ दो ही कट बैक मिला है लॉन्ग कट और शॉर्ट कट
Through this formula we have got only two cut backs, long cut and short cut.
यह फार्मूला के जरिए सिर्फ 4 सेंटर लाइन में ही आप मार्किंग कर सकते हैं

Example 45° degree lateral tee branch marking
Pipe OD × 1.2071 = L cut marking
Pipe OD × 0.2071 = S cut marking
sin( 45 ) = 0.707106
0.707106 × L = marking L side 45° degree center line cut back
0.707106 × S = marking S side 45° degree center line cut back
Equal pipe lateral pipe branch marking 16 center line
