To create pipe support through C channel, an item number is written on all channels

Item number  1, 2, 3, 4

Item number 1 vertical channel  2500 Length × 200 Width

Item number 2 horizontal channel  1200 Length × 150 Width

Item number 3 bracing  channel  ? Length × 150 Width

Item number 4  Base Plate 400 × 400 × 12 mm

आइटम नंबर 3 ब्रेसिंग  चैनल का लेंथ डाइमेंशन कैसे पता करेंगे

Item No.3 How to find the length dimension of bracing channel

ब्रेसिंग चैनल लगाने के लिए दो डाइमेंशन दिया गया है

1100 mm वर्टिकल डाइमेंशन 1100 mm होरिजेंटल डाइमेंशन

tan-1( 1100 ÷ 1100 = 45° degree

अगर इस तरह दोनों डाइमेंशन से है तो 45 डिग्री आएगा कैलकुलेशन करने पर

If it is like this from both dimensions then on calculation it will come to 45 degrees

डिग्री कैलकुलेशन करने के बाद इस तरह लेंथ का कैलकुलेशन करें

After calculating the degree, calculate the length like this

√( 1100^2  + 1100^2 = 1555.6 mm channel length dimension

Item number 3 channel  1555.6 mm

इस तरह ब्रेसिंग  चैनल 1555.6 कटिंग करने के बाद दोनों साइड 45° माइटर कटिंग करें

In this way, after cutting bracing channel 1555.6, do 45° miter cutting on both sides

Channel dimension  1555.6 × 150

tan( 45 ) × 150 = 150 mm cut back

150 mm दोनों साइड मार्किंग करें और डिग्री कटिंग करें

तो फ्रेंड जब आप पाइप सपोर्ट बना लेंगे तो वह इस तरह दिखेगा जैसे यह 3D डिजाइन में बनाया गया है

So friend when you make the pipe support it will look like this as if it is made in 3D design
